As this discussion is about system thinking, I will approach it by using the steps in systems thinking. Systems thinking is all about tackling a problem in the holistic manner. This means paying attention to the problems in parts and interrelate them in a manner to see how they have worked in the context of the larger picture (Høgmo, 2018). Here we are to develop and share a problem of practice which is related to education or educators. Problem of practice is a serious matter, that should have proper evidence both in data as well as dialogue.
